1. The surface silver ion coating layer solidifies silver ions on the surface of the decorative panel under high temperature and pressure, forming an effective antibacterial and mildew proof layer. Can effectively inhibit mold, provide long-lasting mold resistance, and promote green and healthy growth. (Principle: Ag+can strongly attract the - SH on the protease in mold, quickly binding with it, causing the protease to lose its activity and leading to mold death. When the mold is killed by Ag+, Ag+is released from the bacterial body and comes into contact with other colonies, repeating the above process to achieve long-lasting sterilization.) Nano silicon wafer silver uses natural silicon wafers as dispersants to bind medium-sized silver ions to natural silicon wafers, becoming silicon wafer silver, which is very stable. The bound silver ions have high stability and will not bind with any substances again.
2. The amino group (- NH2) of chitin has a high adsorption and decomposition ability for harmful substances such as formaldehyde (HCHO), making it capable of purifying formaldehyde. Chitin additive can improve the problem of formaldehyde dispersion in melamine gel without changing the physical properties of triamine gel. Moreover, this additive can adsorb and decompose formaldehyde in triamine gel into water and other harmless substances.
